Amazing wknd! Happy to say I'm the 3rd strongest middleweight woman in the world, qualified for the Arnold Pro show, and leaving injury free! 🏆🏅@strongwoman_kim_lawrance 🇺🇸(strongest woman in the world 2017) and @katemitchellparker 🇳🇿 you were both great to compete head to head with, can't wait to do it again! Many people to thank including @strongmancorporation for this opportunity, @mbpowercenter for the equipment and everything you did this wknd, @titanbarbell your coaching, facility, wisdom and overall attitude pushing me to be a better/smarter athlete (and person) over the past 3 years! My family @mike_g52 @k_dimez_ and dad for coming and always supporting. @johnnylasala @boringstorykori being there in spirit. @jakeph67 — my #1 fan 💗you're always keeping me calm and making me laugh, and pushing me to go after my dreams. @acumobility for keeping me healthy and rescuing me when the back acts up, @sbd.usa @sbdapparel for what you provide for your athletes! Thank you you to everyone who introduced themselves this wknd, the overwhelming kind msgs and texts from near and far! @smashleysvendbye for coming the entire time and a dozen donuts. This paragraph doesn't do justice for how thankful I am for where this sport has led me, the community, and the passion it ignites inside me. I LOVE THIS SPORT AND THIS INDUSTRY. 2017 Clash of The Titans : August 12, 2017-1st place heavyweight women

Great day yesterday with my favorites! Congrats to @titanbarbell for the first Clash of the Titans Contest. Thanks to the volunteers and judges for a smooth show. I'll post videos later but was happy to have placed 1st in the heavyweight women with strong competition after a stressful week. That's why I love competing –it forces me to focus on something and block out internal and external distractions, it's therapeutic 😌Competing and being in this atmosphere fulfills me and reminds me how lucky I am to have amazing friends and family! Thank you @feejd @yukoregina @k_dimez_ dad @ehodess and @camhelffrich for coming! HUGE congratulations to @jakeph67 in taking 2nd in the heavyweight novice in his first competition and barely having touched the implements or practiced anything except log (next time I'm forcing you to actually train 😜). @reggaetonhorns for placing 3rd and lightening the atmosphere all day! Can't wait to see what's next for you two! #clashofthetitans2017 #strongman #strongwoman #strongmansaturday #startingstrongman

Ct. Strongest Man/Women: April 29th, 2017-2nd place Heavyweight Women

**As a Pro Middleweight, I now compete in amateur  contests as a HEAVYWEIGHT women.**

The Arnold Classic: March 5, 2017 BECAME PRO STRONGWOMAN BRITTANY DIAMOND!: 2nd place

This wknd I achieved something I've been working towards for the past 3 years– getting on the main stage at the Arnold and getting my pro card! Of course like every athlete–I came to win and although I came in second, the journey will continue. I was in a different place in my life this prep- recovering from injuries, new job, but I had more respect for my body. I've matured as an athlete and FOLLOWED my program. I never once overtrained or "tested" a lift for fun. While traveling I managed to find strongman gyms (thanks @edge2pnt0 and @browardbarbellcenter) or do what I could at a commercial gym. I competed with @johnson_sumer @sugarpie07 and the champ @trapsliketodd and what we shared behind stage was incredible. We pushed one another the entire way. There's usually some level of cattiness amongst female athletes and I am more than happy we had mutual respect for one another and can truly call each other friends. We even have a group chat now! 🙂Love you ladies, see you at the Olympia! #prostrongwomen #asf2017 #strongmancorporation
