 During this time of uncertainty, every aspect of our lives has changed. Training is NOT limited to just physical, much of what I aim to teach others has to do with mental health and mindset. The gym is a way to relieve stress and without the option of going somewhere, it can be difficult to feel motivated to want to work out, having a plan can help.

What you need:

  • yourself, timer
  • optional: Dumbbells,kettlebells, band, odd objects in place of weights (odd objects: gallons, rice bags, etc)

What the program is:

  • 4x a week full body workouts
  • monthly plan, outlined with weekly workouts: reps/sets/time
